The criteria is the list of conditions (or rules) you want applied to your candidates. You add criteria into the Analysis Criteria Rules section on the Analysis Design tab.

To build your own criteria:
  1. Select the Rule you require in the Analysis Criteria Rules section of the Analysis Design tab.

When you create multiple conditions you need to decide whether to use the And or the Or rule operator. If you choose: All conditions must be met (AND) from the Rule drop-down box then every one of the conditions have to be met for a candidate to pass this analysis. However, if you choose: Any condition must be met (OR) then any one of these conditions can be met for a candidate to pass this analysis.

  2. Click on the Add button.

  3. Make a selection from the Indicator drop-down box. A list of parameters will be displayed for you to edit. If you require help setting parameters for an indicator, click the button to the right of this drop-down box.
