Bodhi History is a management system for historical information. Historical Price information is stored on the CD-ROM in a raw format. The data is then processed into the analysis format/s you require.

With this software you can choose:
• What information you want to process onto your hard drive (i.e. Indices, Individual Stocks etc.)
• What format you want to process into (i.e. StockEasy, EzyChart, MetaStock and/or ASCII).
• Which directory/directories you want to store it in.

You have two installation options:
• Automatic installation to work with BodhiGold. This option will read your current BodhiGold settings and load only the historical data that corresponds to your daily downloading configuration.
• Manual installation. This option gives you full customisation of the data you want to select, formats you want to include and the directory structure you want to write to.

Automatic installation:
1. On the Autoplay menu, click on the Bodhi® History option.

   

2. Read the Legal Information then click the I Agree button.
3. Read the Overview then exit (x) the box.
4. Tick the Use Bodhi Settings box.
   

5. Select your Bodhi version.
6. Click the Load button.

Manual installation:
1. On the Autoplay menu, click on the Bodhi® History option.
2. Read the Legal Information then click the I Agree button.
3. Read the Overview then exit the box.
4. When the Version box appears, close it by using the X button. Do not select anything on this screen.
   

5. When the Bodhi History screen appears, select the format you wish to process the data into.
   If you use StockEasy or Advantage Signals, select StockEasy. If you use EzyChart, EzyMoney, EzyProfessional or Market Suite, select EzyChart. Traders using MetaStock, HotTrader, TradeStation, SuperCharts, OmniTrader or GANN, select MetaStock. AsciiCsv format would be selected if using a spreadsheet to view your data and BodhiOne if using FreeCharts or Insight Trader.
   You select a format by placing a tick in the box next to your format/s.
   

   Example: Bodhi History will load the data into the default data directory formats. (ie. c:\My Databases\EzyChart\%Source% - for the EzyChart format;
   c:\My Databases\MetaStock\%Source%\ - for the MetaStock format).
   If you need to change either the Drive (c:) or the Directory (\ec\data) structure, go to the help menu inside this software.

6. Select the information you want historical data for:
   
   Example: Selecting the Australian Equities and Indices.
   1. In the Selection box, double-click Australia.
   2. Double-click Australian Stock Exchange.
      

   3. Click on Indice.
   4. In the Bundle box, select All.
   5. Exit the Indice box by pressing the x.
   6. Click on Equity.
   7. Right-Click on the Equity list.
   8. Put a tick in the box next to Derived.
      

   9. Exit the Style box by pressing the x. Derivatives will now be added to the list.
   10. In the Bundle box, select All.
   11. Exit the Equity box by pressing the x.
7. Press the Load button.
   The data you selected from the Selection box will now be loaded into the format/s you selected from the Distribution box.
   Please Note: It is essential that you backup any current data files before using this software. Bodhi History will update all data files with identical names to those stored on this CD-ROM. Bodhi History does not delete files it only replaces or appends files.
   Example: If you have 20 years of historical data for BHP and Bodhi History contains only 15 years, the first 5 years will remain intact. However, the last 15 years will be replaced with the Bodhi History data. Therefore, any corrections or information you have added to this period will be written over.
