Bodhi Freeway 3 Users:
If you are copying distribution lists from Bodhi Freeway 3 to BodhiGold you will need to copy your .npt & .npp files from your c:\Program Files\Infosoft\Bodhi3\Text directory to your c:\Program Files\Infosoft\Bodhi Gold\Text directory. Once this is done you just need to follow steps 1 to 5 below.

1. Open BodhiGold.
2. Click the Configure button.
3. Select the Native tab. The DEFAULT Distribution will be displayed. Check your previous version of Bodhi Freeway 2 to find what Distribution you were using.
   

4. Right-click on the word Distribution and click the Manager button.
5. The Profile Manager will appear. Click on the drop-down menu to make sure your previous distribution is not available. If it is in the list, select it and click OK to the message.
   Please Note: Directories that relate to formats you haven't chosen will be greyed out.

6. If it isn't in the list, go to File>Copy Bodhi 2 Profile.
   

7. A dialogue box will appear displaying all your Bodhi Freeway 2 profile groups. If you are importing a Native format distribution list, then select one that has a .grp extension. If you are importing a Import format distribution list, then select one that has a .idg extension. Once you have made your selection, click the Open button.
   

8. Click the drop-down menu and select the profile you just added, click OK to the Warning message.
   

9. Your profile should now be displayed showing all active directories.
