 Microsoft® Vista compatibility with Ezy software

Problem: Unable to get Ezy Chart, Ezy Manager, Ezy Analyser, Ezy Professional or Ezy Station working under the Microsoft® Vista Operating System.

Solution: You need to run your Ezy software as Administrator.

    Running Ezy software as Administrator:
  1. Right-click on the Ezy icon and select Properties from the drop-down box.

  2. Click on the Compatibility tab and in the Privilege Level section, put a tick in Run this program as an administrator. Click the OK button.

  3. To start the Ezy Software, double-click on the icon. Select Allow from the User Account Control screen.
