| Copying Distribution Lists from Bodhi 2 to 3 |

- Open Bodhi Freeway 3.
- Click the Configure button.
- Select the Native tab. The DEFAULT Distribution will be displayed. Check your previous version of Bodhi Freeway 2 to find what Distribution you were using.
- Right-click on the word Distribution and click the Manager button.
- The Profile Manager will appear. Click on the drop-down menu to make sure your previous distribution is not available. If it is in the list, select it and click OK to the message.
 Please Note: Directories that relate to formats you haven't chosen will be greyed out.
- If it isn't in the list, go to File>Copy Bodhi 2 Profile.
- A dialogue box will appear displaying all your Bodhi Freeway 2 profile groups. If you are importing a Native format distribution list, then select one that has a .grp extension. If you are importing a Import format distribution list, then select one that has a .idg extension. Once you have made your selection, click the Open button.
- Click the drop-down menu and select the profile you just added, click OK to the Warning message.
- Your profile should now be displayed showing all active directories.
