CGT File

The CGT.dat file is used by EzyManager. It is a Capital Gains Tax file that contains the quarterly Consumer Price Index (CPI) figures since March 1985.

You can view this file using EzyManager by choosing Configure EzyManager ... from the Options menu then clicking on the Taxes & Rates tab.

Copying CGT.dat
  1. You need to copy this file into the directory where the old CGT.dat file resides. The table below shows the default directories for each program.

    EzyStation c:\Program Files\EzyCompany\EzyStation or c:\Program Files\Ezy Station
    EzyProfessional c:\Program Files\EzyCompany\EzyProfessional or c:\Program Files\Ezy Professional
    EzyManager (Standalone) c:\Program Files\EzyCompany\EzyManager or c:\Program Files\Ezy Manager
