Crystal Files

The Ezy Crystal Files utility is not a stand-alone product. It is only applicable to EzyManager users who are getting a Runtime error 20535. This error relates to missing library (.dll) and ocx files needed for printing reports.

Installing Ezy Crystal
Execute the crystal.exe file. (Execute Help). When the program starts, change the Unzip to folder to the default directory for your Microsoft® Windows version (refer table). Microsoft® Windows XP c:\Windows\System32 Microsoft® Windows NT or 2000 c:\Winnt\System32 Microsoft® Windows 95, 98 & ME c:\Windows\System Click the Run WinZip button. This will copy the missing files into your Windows directory which will clear up the Runtime error 20535 error.
