Is the data adjusted?
Data is automatically maintained and adjusted for the following Equity Markets: ASX, SES, AMEX, NASDAQ, NYSE, OTCBB & LSE.

Is the History adjusted?
History on the above Exchanges is adjusted.

What is adjusted data?
Adjusted data is when the historical trade data for a security is modified due to reconstruction/share split or bonus issue being applied to the security. Adjusted data ensures that you have no gaps, spikes or drops in your charts.

Is there on-going support?
Yes. It is in our interest to ensure that each and every customer is happy with the software.

Do I need to download everyday?
No. BodhiGold remembers the last time you downloaded and automatically updates from that date - up to a period of six months absence.

Can I update several charting programs at once?
Yes. BodhiGold can update any number of charting formats or programs with the one data download. There are no extra charges to do this. Just remember it takes more time to update multiple formats.

Can I have BodhiGold installed on my laptop as well as PC?
Yes. You are permitted two registrations of BodhiGold with each license so you can have it installed on a Desktop and Laptop computer and download with both.

How does BodhiGold handle the Continuous Contracts for Futures?
All Continuous Contracts are created by using the data from the most active individual contract. The activity is calculated using a seven day average volume. If necessary, an adjustment is passed at swap-over time to keep the continuity of the history.

What is the difference between the New York Stock Exchange and the NYSE Consolidated Exchange?
The New York Stock Exchange contains all companies traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The prices and volumes of the NYSE only reflect trades on this Exchange.
The NYSE Consolidated Exchange contains only companies that are listed primary on the NYSE, but are also traded on other exchanges. The prices and volume reflect the consolidation of trades across multiple exchanges.
All other consolidated exchanges follow the same principles.

Are there any guarantees?
We offer no guarantees, as we cannot predict possible future changes in the pricing policies or timeliness of our supplier/s or of the various exchanges towards their end-of-day data. BodhiGold's pricing is calculated on current supplier fees and the various Exchange's license fees and any other fees that they might impose. Should the supplier or exchange's fees increase, outside the normal accepted limits of CPI, then JustData would review the price and/or continuance of supply of information from that supplier and/or exchange.
