| Creating Owners |

| The Summary tab shows the total value of every owner that you have created. An Owner is any entity that owns Assets. An Owner can be a person like “Jack” or “Jill”, a company like “Acme Corp” or a registered entity designed to hold assets like “My Super Fund”. |

| Creating Assets |
 |
An asset is something of value. An asset can be Shares (financial instruments like equities, options, futures, etc), Garage (sports cars, vintage cars, etc), Cellar (premium wines, investment wines like Grange), etc.
The Asset Ledger has a few of the more common investments listed, however, you can add any other type of asset by using the 'Other' option in this list. |

| Updating Share Assets with BodhiGold |

| BodhiGold users can keep their Share Assets updated by configuring the Source for the exchange. Instructions on setting up BodhiGold to update the Asset Ledger can be found by clicking here. |

| Updating Share Assets in the Asset Ledger |

| There are two viewing methods for your Share assets. The Summary method displays only the share you currently hold. |

| The Transactions method shows you all the individual buy & sells in your portfolio. |

| Reconstructing Values in Share Assets |
 |
| The Asset Ledger gives you the ability to reconstruct your portfolio for share splits, rights issues and consolidations. Simply enter the Symbol you want to adjust with the date and factor of adjustment. The figures will be updated accordingly. |
