Due partly to my own ignorance but mostly due to EzyChart 4's change of data format I ran into problems. Support at JustData was excellent and I am not the sort of person to use glowing adjectives freely! I have been watching posts about data suppliers and have only come across one serious complaint about JustData. My experience has been quite the opposite both before and after putting down my money to subscribe to Freeway. Freeway works well and their support is good and prompt. I have been using Bodhi Freeway quite happliy. I have had a few problems with the software due to my own ignorance. These have been supported well and promptly, generally within the same day.Their data is available in formats to suit several popular charting programs and distributes to all at the same time. With Bodhi Freeway, I've never had a data download failure!

I have used Bodhi Freeway for over a year now for my EOD data imported into EzyChart (and all of its variations) without any problems from the software and the quality of data supplied. For a once-only cost the Bodhi Freeway end-of-day data supply from JustData, does all the work for you and gets the information that you want in the format that you want and puts it in the file that you want. Freeway does not require any additional programs, nor emails letting you know that the data is available and Freeway will remember when the last EOD was imported, even if you have been away for some time. All it takes is one click of the 'Catchup' button and the data is retrieved then formatted and added to your nominated database/file ready for analysis. On my computer (a PIII 700Mhz 128Mb RAM) a nightly download at 7:40pm takes approximately 3 minutes from clicking on 'Catchup' to importing into EzyChart the full ASX board. Support is excellent. A full and comprehensive manual in PDF format is supplied with the program and for those who do not or cannot read manuals the team from JustData will answer any question, no matter how naive the user may be, and will follow up with phone calls and emails to see if you still have any problems with the importation and the correct filing of the data. I recommend that new users seeking reliable and clean EOD data should try the fully functional 32 day trial of Bodhi Freeway as they will not be disappointed.Graeme Vinning

Three years ago when I was in my mid-seventies, I decided to learn how to use a computer. One of the reasons was to manage my share portfolio. A friend suggested that I should use Bodhi Freeway for downloading share details each night. It was a purchase I've never regretted as it has fulfilled all my needs and expectations. I use it in conjunction with EzyChart, EzyPortfolio Manager and EzyAnalyser products and have found it most reliable and, above all, simple enough for even a P.C. novice like myself to use with confidence. In additional, its support system is easily the best of all software programmes I have encountered. Whenever I require assistance on an item, JustData technicians are always friendly, efficient and patiently deal with my problem.
